Steak Grading

The vision inspection system VT1267-SG updates the quality certification, introducing a set of controls meant specifically to analyse steaks. The focus has moved from the packaging to the meat inside, in order to guarantee to the consumer a product of the highest quality.

Born for the american market, where the reverence for the steak requires a perfect meat, VT1267-SG allows to select the best slices by means of detailed and specific controls, from the colour of the meat to the precision of the cut, from the shape to the fat percentage.
